Our products The ETF Blueprint sells digital products including AI prompt packs and educational guides delivered as PDF downloads. All products are designed for educational purposes only. Please refer to our Disclaimer for the full scope of what our content does and does not constitute.

Purchase and delivery Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your product. This link is sent automatically by Lemon Squeezy, our payment and delivery platform. If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us at hello@theetfblueprint.com

Pricing and VAT All prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country of residence and handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Refund policy Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your product, contact us at hello@theetfblueprint.com and we will resolve it promptly.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a right of withdrawal for digital content — however, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital content, you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive.

Intellectual property All content produced by The ETF Blueprint — including but not limited to prompt packs, guides, website copy, and email content — is protected by copyright. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own individual investing purposes.

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our products in whole or in part

• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

• Remove or obscure any copyright or disclaimer notices within the product

Unauthorised reproduction or resale of our products is a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

Acceptable use By purchasing and using our products, you confirm that you will use them only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to use our content in any way that could mislead others, constitute financial advice, or violate the laws of your jurisdiction.

Third-party tools and services Our products are designed for use with third-party AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. We have no affiliation with or control over these platforms. Their availability, accuracy, and terms of use are subject to change without notice. We accept no liability for the outputs generated by these tools when used with our prompts.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The ETF Blueprint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Use of or reliance on any of our products or website content

• Outputs generated by AI tools used in conjunction with our prompts

• Any investment decision made in connection with our content

• Temporary unavailability of this website or our products

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
